Yes — always. We'll come out at a time that suits you, measure up properly, talk through options, and send a clear written quote. There's absolutely no obligation to go ahead.
Will you move the furniture and take away the old flooring?
Yes. We'll shift the furniture, lift and dispose of your old carpet or flooring, and leave the place tidy.
How long does a typical carpet fit take?
Most average rooms take a morning or afternoon. A full house including stairs is usually one day. LVT and wood floors often take longer, depending on subfloor prep.
Can I bring samples home?
Absolutely. Lighting at home is very different to showroom lighting, so we always encourage customers to take samples home for a day or two.
